I really enjoyed your blog post! You’re absolutely right about the importance of interactions in online courses. These interactions are vital for fostering engagement, deeper learning, and creating a sense of community in online courses. Whether it’s a synchronous or asynchronous course, interactions are key to making the learning experience better. I also think both synchronous and asynchronous courses have their benefits. As you mentioned, in synchronous settings, we get a more real-time experience where students and teachers can have personal interactions. On the other hand, asynchronous learning offers flexibility and doesn’t require students to be in a specific environment, which is great. Just like how I’m on a different continent, but I’m still able to complete the course with no difficulties.
